Wine Tasting Evening -15th March 2012
On Thursday 15th of March we are holding a wine tasting evening. We will be tasting wines from around the world with tapas tastings entry £10 with tokens available to taste all of the wines.
Events/Private Dining Room Available with Spectacular Views
Our new Terrace Room with leather chairs and mirrored walls is tastefully decorated and has views over the gardens, surrounding countryside and terrace. It replaces the previous party room and is much bigger and brighter with seating for up to 50 diners and more for meetings. It is available for all events and functions including private dining, parties, family celebrations, funerals, business/club meetings and trainings.

Originally an old farmhouse tea rooms known as Woodheys and famously positioned high on a ridge above the beautiful Etherow Valley. It has been serving travellers and visitors with refreshments since 1964.
Today as Peruga at Woodheys, with a friendly team of staff including professional chefs, it embraces a modern, relaxed and contemporary style and interior. The comfortable leather chairs and panoramic views from its unique aviator tower like windows, enable guests to dine in comfort and style whilst enjoying the natural surroundings of woodlands, gardens, Cheshire countryside and as far as the hills and mountains of North Wales.
Situated on the edge of the High Peak and only 25 minutes from Manchester Airport and 30 minutes from Manchester City Centre, it is ideally placed for visitors from Cheshire, Derbyshire and Greater Manchester. With its spectacular views and ease of location it is an ideal place for a relaxed drink or meal and is ever popular as a celebration destination for weddings and all special events or business meetings.

Come and enjoy a 3 course meal for only £14.95 from our Set Menu (our a la carte menu will also be available) or just have a drink and enjoy the music. Requests are welcome, and you can see Martin’s play list on the Entertainment Tab above. He is a professional and versatile vocalist and pianist with a huge repertoire of all time easy listening and dance favourites including the sounds of Swing, Soul and more recent hits from Oasis, Robbie Williams and many more.

As a wedding venue since 1966, we have all the necessary ingredients to make your day the special and memorable occasion you want it to be.
Beautiful grounds and stunning views provide the backdrop to your wedding breakfast and also to your ceremony, if you chose to have a civil ceremony here.
Our friendly and professional wedding team are totally dedicated to making your day worry free and everything you would expect it to be and more.
We will happily help you to create a bespoke menu using the finest, freshest and, where possible, local produce and ingredients.

To keep your dining experience at Peruga special we have a simple dress code which is Smart Casual. No tracksuits, football kits, hoodies or baseball caps.

Please be aware when using the above that T & Cs apply and:-
- you must mention them at the time of booking
- they are not accepted on Friday & Saturday evenings, All Day Sunday, Bank Holidays, Valentine’s Day, other Special Event days or throughout December
- only one card or offer can be used per booking
