Seabass on a bed of aubergine puree with a rustic tomato, onion and red pepper sauce

Agnello brasto caponata

Braised lamb with roasted anchovies, olives a grilled vegetables

Vaniglia panne cota

Vanilla panna cotta served with sweet balsamic berries
