Char grilled chicken breast with lemon and tarragon, served with a white wine sauce on sautéed new potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Pan roasted salmon fillet served with roasted vegtables and sautéed potatoes, finished with a dill cream sauce
Mushroom Stroganoff with saffron rice and garlic bread

Warm pear and almond tart served with fresh cream
